I don't really like cabbage!

Yeah so one of the staples we eat is cabbage. I don't really like it. I mean I have a missionary stomach which means that I eat everything they serve, but if I can I try not to eat cabbage. The people are kinda skinny here. The food is better than America. America food tasts better but the food her is filling. You have no need to eat dessert becasue you are full of real food that is somewhat healthy. I have had some icecream from the supermarket. I was yummy. I liked it. I have not seen any hippoes yet. I sure hope we do on our safari. You can't come to Africa and not see a hippo. That would just be a nightmare. I don't know about you but I don't like nightmares. They are scarey andyou wake up frightened. You know they just aren't fun. I'm not sure why I went into details about nightmares. Any way. So yeah since we talked last things have been good. No more vomitting. But however, I have been in the tree pulling up on it again. I just can't stop. This past tuesday we had out weekly Bible study at Technical. It was good and then we got to play some basketball. Wednesday morning we had the chance to do a devotional at the children's home we went to a few weeks ago. Man it was a blast. I like those kids. I want one of em. I don't think I can have one, but you can always dream. So it's good to get comments from all you guys and gals. I do enjoy them so keep letting me you know that you are alive. I would comment on other people's but I have slow interent and just don't I may get around to it. I would like to see pictures of everyone and the things they are doing int he summer. I bet you would like to see pictures of me and Africa. I am going totry to put a few up in just a minute. Hey thanks for all the prayers and the financial support from everyone. I enjoy it here. I am going to try to have some good conversations about Jesus with Brad sometime really soon. I must say that I have learned some good stuff since I've been here. I feel like I have grown in my relatioship with God. I find that themore I learn the more hungry I am for the Lord. Hey that's a good thing. Jesus said blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righetousness. Cool stuff. Well I hope to get back on this thing soon, maybe Monday. Have a fantastic day and days to come.

Colt and I are fishin a club tournament this Saturday, don't know what will catch the river is the color of mudd. Do people fish over there? Do they hunt? And what do they hunt? Sunday is Fathers day, sure will miss you, this is the first time we've not been together, but your serving your Heavenly Father,so I can't complain much. Well soak up as much as you can and take time to stop and smell the roses (or elephant dung) and serve him well. Cant wait to see your smiling face back here at home. Love you Dad.. Oh one thing, is there anything we need to do about the house (by the BCM) in Monroe. What did ya'll decide?
